Stonehouse Mixed-Use

Situated on the edge of  Michigan State’s campus, this mixed-use development contains ground level retail space with luxury apartments above. The design blends into the existing urban fabric while also adding a subtle touch of contemporary flair. The design steps outward toward the side street allotting views of the campus to all residents of the building while also framing a small outdoor plaza on the primary street corner.
