Miami Airport Restaurants

ASL worked with multiple restaurant owners to integrate their concepts into take-away restaurants in the Miami International Airport. The Mediterranean Kitchen and Halfmoon Empanadas occupy small kiosk spaces in Terminal D. The confined spaces, including less than 100sf back of house kitchens, presented a challenge in equipment layout and architectural design. Every inch was maximized to allow for ample product displays while also allowing passengers to flow in and out of the mini restaurants.
